32 percent of black males born in 2001 can expect to spend time in prison over the course of their lifetime. That is up from 13.4 percent in 1974 and 29.4 percent in 1991. By contrast, 17.2 percent of Hispanics and 5.9 percent of whites born in 2001 are likely to end up in prison. (An August 2003 Bureau of Justice Statistics analysis.)

There is no superior language.
By the end of 1992 about 350,000 Somalis had died.

So, What happened in Somalia and Why?
Somalia is rich in natural gas and oil. So, if we're looking at the eventual depletion of our proven oil reserves, Somalia could take on immense importance.

Somalia is a nation of recent origin. Located on the Horn of Africa, it only became a nation in 1960 after the merger of former British and Italian colonies. But it has long been an area of strife and conflict, dominated by foreign powers for over 100 years.

British, French, and Italian imperialism all played a role in the region in the 19th and 20th centuries. The British established a protectorate in the northern regions in 1886. Italy established a colony in the southern regions shortly thereafter. During World War II the British captured the Italian colony. But in 1950 it became a UN Trust Territory and Italy returned as the administering power for ten years.
In 1991 Somalia had a population of about 7.2 million and an area about the size of Texas.

Here's a brief history. In 1970 dictator Siad Barre came to power. He was to rule for the next 21 years through brutal oppression and by pitting different clans against each other.

America in Somalia right or wrong

Somalia and the Soviet Union began a close relationship in 1966. This lasted until 1976. During that time the Soviets supplied about $600 million worth of arms and military equipment to Somalia. After the Soviet Union pulled out in 1977, the United States became Barre's primary benefactor. Somali are divided into six major clans (including the Isaaq of the north, the Ogadeni of the south, and the Hawiye of central Somalia) and thousands of subclans that command people's primary loyalties and exercise power through temporary alliances with other subclans. Traditional clan rivalries were exacerbated by the divide-and-rule policies of Siad Barre, whose regime had one of the world's worst human rights records.

NOW ALGEBRA IS For Everyone

Introducing baby to algebra as early as the baby shower via algebra themed baby beginnings, such as:mobiles, room plaques, pacifiers and other baby algebra paraphernalia,we inundate baby with the message that algebra is important to baby and family tradition.Baby algebra uses pictures and key words to help Baby to generalize and grasp algebra concepts. Therefore we can think our way through the stepping stones called tests. Colors and images react . Colors with one side of the brain, images with the other side of the brain, together create and complete the learning process inherent at birth . WALLA! Baby does algebra.

Just Look at it, your brain is ready do the rest. It's spiritual.
No matter who you are , this is where you are headed. Algebra will be looking you in your face. The hardest part is just getting used to looking back at it (symbols and words /algebra language how you write mathematics). For one thing, it is very hard on the eyes. so look lightly. Let your eyes know that you care enough not to look to hard.  Remember these symbols and the words built in to the words are  like little  email addresses, they mean something specific, type one letter incorrectly and even though it's right, its wrong. But unless your trying to know how much fuel you need on your trip to the moon, you will get a chance to correct. (You could run out of gas on your way to Vegas though d=rt.) You are the only judge for your own algebra self. Some people like to impress that they know the symbols, but you can look them up, like being on a easter egg hunt. I would use a journal and keep an art profile and learn the words by spelling them over,  Don't forget, this stuff is not made to do alone.  If you are going to love it, you will do it in a group in which no one is wrong, just out spoken: verbalize, verbalize verbalize. Turn your nose up at show offs. Give them the room that they need. Find your own path. YOU WIN, CAUSE YOU  ROCK! I love yall. Peace. Really I do or I wouldn't be lookin' at all this algebra. So Just LOOK Back at it; turn your head, then look again. Most importantly, let it roll off your back. Take a break. Trust in the fact that there is algebra inside us all from birth or before. Just like LOVE.

There are always only 4 choices  multiply divide add subtract.  Concentrate primarily on the language. It is designed to fool you. Like any new language use it or lose it. Force it on your friends until you drive them away for good.
