A story was shared with me that a couple traveled to Tiajuana, Mexico Border city, from Los Angeles on a family outing with their two children. When they became distracted for a moment, which now they realize was a staged situation, the couple turned their heads for a moment, looked back to their six year old daughter and she was gone.
